Step 2: Choose A Frame Shape
Most people go for portrait rectangle, but any shape is fine... landscape rectangle, square, circle, custom.

 

Step 3: Choose A Finishing Style
I offer 2 finishing styles: a clean line look or a textured/sketch look. See the difference in the gallery below. 

 

The best artworks have alot of personal character and detail - so the creative brief is key! Pull together your unique list with lots of reference images. Words and phrases are welcome too. I can fit quite a bit of detail in, so don't be afraid of sharing too much. If you find your list is getting preeeetty extensive, you can always separate it into "need to have" and "nice to have".

 

You'll get a 100% original artwork that is custom designed based on your creative brief. I supply the final artwork as a digital PDF that is setup for A3 printing. If you want to print bigger - just ask in advance!

 

Most people get prints done locally and frame them up. Print & Copy Shops, Officeworks, or Fine Art printers can do this for you at a super reasonable price. Other people get them printed on fun things like tees, totes and teatowels.

Custom Illustration is only a small part of what I do at Brightside (spy what else I do over here), so on average I need about 4 weeks notice to fit your custom artwork into the pipeline. If your due date falls within the 4-week window, get in touch anyway – sometimes a spot will pop up and I can accomodate ya.
